Wordsmithery August 2024

Justin Hopper is one of our local force-of-nature guys, better known for his radio shows and reviews with La Vida magazine. He works in promotions and advertising but also writes poetry; it was great to have his strong stage presence here and enjoy his Wordsmithery.

The guest musician for August is the splendid John Williams, who writes and performs thoughtful intricate songs, including a real favourite, Catching Green Lights All the Way. John is a highly accomplished singer/songwriter who plays widely across acoustic clubs and festivals. He also performs with Laura Carr as Red Letter Road.
